FAQs

Have questions? We've got answers.

Deep tissue massage targets deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, helping to relieve chronic tension, reduce pain, and improve mobility. Multiple session lengths are available to suit your needs.

Hot stone massage uses smooth, heated stones to gently warm tight muscles, allowing for deeper relaxation and stress relief. It's ideal for clients looking to unwind both physically and mentally.

Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes for relaxation and improved circulation, while deep tissue focuses on realigning deeper muscle layers to relieve chronic tension and pain.

Trigger point therapy is ideal for clients experiencing localized muscle pain or tension. It targets tight areas ('knots') in muscles to alleviate referred pain and increase flexibility.

Cupping therapy uses suction to lift tissues and stimulate blood flow, helping relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and promote healing. It's available in both traditional and neuromuscular styles.

NCT combines cupping with neuromuscular techniques to lift and expand muscle tissue using negative pressure. It’s especially beneficial for chronic pain and restricted movement.

Assisted stretching enhances flexibility, reduces muscle tightness, and supports injury prevention. A therapist guides you through targeted stretches for optimal effectiveness.

Neuromuscular therapy uses focused pressure and techniques to treat muscle knots and imbalances, improving posture and reducing pain from repetitive strain or injury.

Hot towel treatments help soothe sore muscles, increase circulation, and promote a deep sense of relaxation. They're a great add-on or stand-alone therapy for stress relief.

Yes, Winter Tree Massage Therapy offers 'Extra Time' options in 15- and 30-minute increments so you can customize your session length based on your personal needs.
